Wordpress theme redesign

I am looking to give a face-lift to our current blog. Would like the blog to get some simple colors like yellow green, white and possible light orange to compliment our main site's colors. A nice example of an easy readable and simple blogs are from 1800 flowers and proflowers [login to view URL] [login to view URL] What I have in mind to be done is a combination of the 2 blogs above concerning widgets and links by customizing the WP theme (header/footer), to be W3C compliant and SEO optimized, to match the main site's colors. I already have our logo so i can give it to you. You can either use the same theme or choose another one to finish the job but I want the same blog structure that is live now which is left bar, main writing column and right bar. This should be a fairly easy task for an experienced designer/wordpress freelancer. We would like to see several and unlimited revisions to make sure everything is lined up nice and clear. Also we want to have at least a week after the completed changes to test the site then the final payment. Thank you
