Fix problem with search queries in GA and GWM

One of my websites has an issue with GA and GWM in the sense that it doesn't show the search queries anymore. This has happened more than a month ago. I didn't loose the traffic, but it just doesn't show in the search analytics anymore. It does show as organic traffic though (source) and also as Google traffic. I have a possibly related problem with links to this site. It doesn't show all pages that are linked to. Note that this site has more than 1 million links from thousands of sites and approx 1200 organic visitors per day. as such sound like your GWM should be linked again, check first if it is linked properly log into the GWM interface and access the site there see what it says when you try to confirm the site if you can or it gives some message there, or perhaps in the GA notifications top right when viewing a report
