e-shot / e-newsletter system

Description We are looking for a system of sending out e-shots. We currently use a subscription system called 'Campaign Monitor' and what we require needs to have all the functionality of this. We want to be able to create good designs within the system, so there needs to be flexibility with uploading HTML etc. We need to track results and manager subscribers. We need to be able to upload contacts from a CSV file and be able to have multiple lists without restrictions. We need to easily manage those who opt out. The result must offers us everything our designers needs to run successful email marketing campaigns. We want to be able to create sub-accounts. The solution must enable us to: Import custom HTML and CSS with a single click and have integrated testing tools to make sure they look great in all email programs. Manage lists and subscribers The system must handle bounces and unsubscribers automatically. The system must be able to handle segmenting, personalization and autoresponders. * Reporting and analytics The system should produce great looking reports that let us measure the effectiveness of every campaign we send. We want to go beyond opens and link clicks and measure our campaign related sales, conversions and ROI with Google Analytics integration. We want the system to show us what email clients our subscribers are using. Please do not bid unless you fully understand what we are asking for in the above. You must have experience with Web IT and developing software that works easily for the user. A full guide to how to use the system will be required and a complete demonstration of it working before payment will be made.
