FILE DATE ATTRIBUTE CHANGING PROGRAM IN vb.NET

Need a simple program where we can enter a filename and path and the program will then change the file modify date to the file creation date. The file type we are speaking of is a ".WAV" File. ## Deliverables This must be done in VB.NET Need a simple program where we can enter a filename and path and the program will then change the file modify date to the file creation date. We want to be able to provide the filename and path and the program will do the file attribute changes and return back a message of success of not success. We need the form to test your routine, but once we check that it works correctly we will be using only your function within our existing programs and passing it the filename and path.. So please make an easy to use function to perform this action. This needs to be in VB.NET
