Need credit cards for facebook (indian prefered) - will pre-pay

Hi there, I'm looking for a contact to a bank where I can get 10 credit cards (no amex) which I can use with my facebook advertising account. Prepaid cards won't work. The country does not matter - india would be fine for example. Just for clarification: I do not want other peoples credit cards. This is not a project about stolen credit card information. Also: as I would probably be a foreigner in the country of the bank, I would offer to pre-pay the bank my account limit (but the card number can't be in the Prepaid-Range). This is not some accounting trick or something, I just need multiple accounts to run advertising campaigns for different customers and handle the costs better in my bookkeeping. I could probably run good volume on the cards and collecting a 1-3% service charge would be a good deal for the bank as well. All required personal information will be gladly provided to the bank. Of course it would be best if you already knew a bank open to that - you do not have to have a deal ready when bidding - you can call banks etc once the project is accepted. If there is somebody here who could arrange a deal with a bank interested in that - I would be really grateful. Thanks in advance - let me know if there are any questions :)
