If you are a person who is responsible, hard working, can work with less to no supervision and has a good work ethics, then we want you on our team! We are looking for an agent who will dial for our real estate campaign. Agent's job is to set an appointment for people who wants to sell their property. Duties: - Call prospective customers from our lists - Explain reason of call - Rebut customers’ objections to statements, offers or company - Schedule an appointment to meet with local investors in their area - Record results of sales call and information on potential clients - Document contact information, preferences, concerns and suggestions of customers following appointment calls or appointments with sales or service people Candidate must possess: - Good English Communication Skills - Good Comprehension Skills - Good Work Ethics - NO ATTENDANCE Issues - Can Work with Less to No Supervision - Willingness to Learn Requirements: Computer at least i3 Processor At least 10mbps Internet Speed Noise-Cancellation Headset Quiet Working Environment 30 hours a week Weekends Off Prefer Filipino Candidates
