Qualification requirement： Have various resource of recruitment, good at market development. Based on company’s development plan, develop foreign teacher recruitment channel. Set up annual foreign teacher recruitment plan. To establish company recruitment brand in European and American countries. Cooperate and recruiting foreign teachers with university, middle school, recruitment agency and education institutions. Develop and maintain the relationship with global recruitment business partner. Familiar with local university, college and language school. English language teacher recruiting experience preferred. Process the interview with foreign teacher, materials check, trial lecture review. Confirm the teaching and learning standard, file classification. Pass them to foreign teacher’s advisor as reference. Have good management skills of communication and coordination. Commission and benefit: A. USD3000 for every successful channel of school, university, college, training agency or education agency, which provide experienced teacher. B. USD1500 for every successful channel of inexperienced teacher, such as university/college student, housewife, the jobless, etc.
