I need an experienced project manager to assist with some basic project management tasks. I am familiar with what I need to do for the project, ( IT Software installation & implementation) I just don't know the best way to put it into a project plan. I am responding to a bid that requires a project plan in Microsoft Project. If you have MS Project and the experience to put a quick plan together based on some questions and answers I can provide, then I could use your help. I have a tight deadline so I am available to start immediately. I don't think it would take more than an hour or two?
