2. Development of the application 2 .1. Features and functionalities The software will be managed by a general administrator, who will have a global view on the users' requests on the one hand and the availability/area of competence of the doctors on the other hand. 2 .2. Structure of the software This application will comprise the following areas: 2.2.1. User area This area is reserved for the end users of the application. The latter will be able to : Create an account and log in; Make an appointment request; Make a payment after confirmation of the appointment; Select a doctor for the interview; Participate in an interview via audio and video call; Rate the interview; Recommend the application to a friend or family member; Log off at the end of the interview. 2.2.2. Doctor's area This area is reserved for doctors who will be responsible for talking to customers about the subjects or topics requested by users. It will be possible for doctors to : Create an account and fill in the necessary information; after studying the file, take a written and oral test; Participate in an audio and video interview after being selected by a user; Log off after the interview. 2 .3. Technical constraints To use the application, users and doctors must have a valid account; The platform must also be able to send emails and sms to both users and doctors; Appointments must be recorded; Interviews will be done by audio and video call; At the end of each interview, the user should have the possibility to give a note describing his or her degree of satisfaction. 3.
