Slideshow script that save as video - Read first, keyword inside

Hello, i want to create a new video from a video(3 Sek) + 9 Images(1Sec/each) and save it Write a script that has the following requirements: - Functions should be written failsafe with try. - Open a URL that points to a CSV file. - The first line contains the name of the column. - Columns are: id, title, video_url, image1_url, image2_url,...image9_url, save_as, save_as_with - A new video should be created from the video and images in the format: 1080x1920 pixel. - The video and the images must be centered and if necessary enlarged/shrunk. There must be no black border. Filling - The aspect ratio remains unchanged - The video is to be used first in the new video - The video should be only 3 sec long - Followed by the images that should be visible for 1 sec. - Images should zoom in smoothly for 0.5 seconds and then zoom out again for 0.5 seconds - The new video has a total length of maximum 12 seconds - The new video should be saved under the save_as path from the csv - Errors should be saved to a [login to view URL] - Ad a title on the bottome in white color with black brackground - Background is transparent and have margin from 20px - The new video should be saved under the save_as_with path from the csv Yes, you could copy it to ChatGPT and take the Python script (attached) if you want, but think what is best for performance and output. I can't write python and have no idea how to run it. I could do a little php.
