I am currently working as a research associate in Genomics lab at IIT bombay, I have done Masters in biotechnolgy and bachelor in microbiology. I have expertise in R an excel and can do clustering-K means and heirarchial and classification ,PCA on clinical data to gain insights. Then I can do survival analysis , chisquare test to determine the relation , correlation between any variable .I have a publication on the diagnosis of oral cancers using Raman spectroscopy and PC-LDA modelling. I have done several projects in multivariate data analysis, Microarray data analysis. Hypothesis testing of clinical data, Pharmacovigilance and translational medicine. I have very good analytical and critical thinking skills which would be useful in any project. I am very good at meta analysis in R..Bioinformatics , FASTA, BLAST , CLUSTAL W. cytoscape , gene finding , structural biochemistry, Mass spectrometry-Highthroughput data analysis , Transcriptomics , Functional enrichment analysis etc. I have 5 yrs expertise in these fields.

Hi, I am familiar with bioinformatics and have worked in bio-sequencing, analytics projects for a few years in extending and using bio-sequencing software and tools [ NCBI blast/fasta search profiles ] and patrn software for sequence alignment developing an upload software that would run the sequence alignment scripts in the backend and show the results in the front-end [ Apache, PHP and MySql ] and were recently working on a similar Big Data Bioinformatics project developing the server, database, automation, design and web interfacing development and deployment.
