Build a Website

My company is looking for experienced Python/Django developer to develop a simple online Report/Business Case study tool. We have a word template which we fill every time and then convert it into a PDF (report) We want to make a web form of this word template, in which the user will enter the data, and can generate the report. The report should be saved and be available for view at later stages. We also need an admin login and user login where in to the user login we can decide what kind of authority to give i.e View only, change, add, delete. We are looking for an experienced full stack developer who can handle all end to end activities. This is the first of many projects to come, and we are looking to build a relation with the developer on whom we can count and assign work in future.
