Partitioning RDDs by Date, and Mapping Each Column Separately for Each Partition.

The project is Partitioning RDDs by Date. Each partition to have a column mapping separately from others, by incrementing by a different amount than the others. ie. each partition to undergo a Map lambda x, of a column by incrementing the column by 1, 2, 3 , ... to k respectively, if there are k partitions. This may sound simple and indeed is so, Just want to see how to partition by date, and map separately each partition Don't need Spark 2.0. Only needed is Spark 1.0, ie RDDs. Note! Milestone only released after script with code written is submitted as delivery, but not when project is merely initiated and not when script is sent, but code fails to produce the desired results.
