High Quality Business Proofreaders (long term work)

I believe in rewarding and giving repeat work to good people. I am looking for high quality English proofreaders of business text, to correct texts written by Japanese people. The aim is not only to make the text look exactly like what a British or American person would write, but also to put in a few helpful comments to explain to the writer why their writing is incorrect. Please correct the English in the attached files (262 words) with track changes turned on. Use American English. Consider what kind of phrases somebody would write in a document from which this is extracted (i.e. a university application). If you are applying for the medical proofreading, you will have very little chance of passing the test if you are not familiar with clinical trials. Please state your bid per 1000 words and mention how long it took you to complete the test.
