Fine Tune MSProject PMO

We have a team of 16 people that work across 8 external facing projects, plus a dozen or so internal initiatives. We have 4 project managers who sit across all initiatives. We have prototyped a management solution around MSProject with a shared resource pool to provide insights into are resource scheduling and to ensure we are tracking to plan. We are seeking out an MSProject/Office 365 productivity tool guru to assist us to review our set-up assist streamlining our processes. We all are busy with running projects, are all self-taught on MSProject, and not really certain about what is available to improve administrative efficiencies. There are several areas that have labour intensive processes and we were looking for some insights on how we could streamline these processes. We are seeking assistance in the following areas: * The best way to collect and settle time against projects. Currently we capture all time time in a 3rd Party tool extract, consolidate, and enter against each project. * What is possible to streamline the process of capturing Risk/Issue/Change Requests/Meeting Minutes. Currently we capture items in MSWord templates, then cut and paste in to MSProject, assign actions as sub-tasks, and track status in a custom field. * Production of Weekly Status Reports - What tools are available to produce well formatted Weekly Status Reports to distribute to project stakeholders. * What type of high-level reporting is available to provide senior management comfort on projects that are tracking to plan and highlight those that require assistance.
