Executive Virtual Assistant - Bilingual English-Spanish.

Start-up company based in Barcelona, Spain is looking for an Executive Virtual Assistant. We are about to launch our online store from which we sell fashion accessories. We handle all the processes from design to sales going through production and most of us work from home based offices in different cities. As an Executive Virtual Assistant, you will provide management support and perform administrative tasks. You will be given projects and will be in charge of implementing them by yourself without much instructions. Such projects will vary from searching for internet solutions, organizing an online marketing campaign, handling our production staff, getting orders from suppliers, communicating with contractors, etc... You will also take care of administrative and clerical tasks that our business requires while keeping it organized and running smoothly. Since we are a start-up, we need to deal with some legal and government requirements so you should be familiar and ready to face paperwork filing and phone calls to administrations. The ideal candidate has extensive professional background in the areas of business management, administration and technology, is disciplined but open minded, is VERY independent and proactive and an amazing creative problem solver. Required skills are : - Excellent English and Spanish, native speakers will be prefered (French is a plus, other languages are very welcome). - Excellent command of the Office pack, especially Excel spreadsheets. - Excellent Internet Research skills. - Experience or savvy with filing government paperwork and dealing with administrative and para-legal matters. - Good telephone etiquette. - Leadership attitude. A plus : - Experience using VOIP systems. Ideally, having one already installed in your computer. - Experience with fashion production. - Experience with e-commerce sites. - Graphic Design skills (Adobe Software). - SEO knowledge. - CAD design skills.
