I need a videogame programmer

We are a group of young gaming enthusiasts and students that have a big, clear, and relatively simple project in mind to integrate two programs together to make a whole better one. No major creation involved, just patching and translating. The project we need done requires a technician in programming that has worked with games and software cracking before. We need to grab a game program, break it down, separate a part from it, and integrate a part of another program into that, thus creating a great, balanced (after testing) and improved version of the original program. It involves football simulators FIFA 19 and FM 2018. Rewarded objectives and overall team work, low budget but big ideas and thinking into the project, will almost certainly be a stepping stone to land a big gig in the industry, upon success. We are a team of managers and investors, but not technicians, which is just what we need to get this project completed.
