Fill in a Spreadsheet with Data -- 2

Columns are such variables for draws, such as: Tens, Tens + 1, Tens-1, Standard Deviation, Average, Median, Ten_Main and Minor, Ten_Superior and Lower, etc. With these data I want to have the information: How likely is the first number drawn to be between 01 to 15; Of the second being between 5 and 27; etc. Here I am having trouble creating the tool. No cube. 3-Will you only integrate with the PDI, or will you create cubes and present data in C-Tools?
