X-rays absorption techniques

One thing to prove that I know Physics and Maths: I have been granted a scholarship for underground research in a foreign country and I have been granted my Masters, when I was still under graduate student-my project there involved using characteristic X-Ray for calibration of some detecting devices. One thing to prove I know X-Ray and XAS: I had been operating an X-Ray machine in Moscow, my graduation project involved deep understanding of imaging techniques (specifications are somehow more advanced than XAS) and I am about to be a professional NDT Radiographer! I am a fresh Nuclear and Radiation Engineering graduate, and I have been teaching high school students physics and astronomy for two years! My English level is excellent. I am going to have my masters after one year. I have profound understanding of atomic physics, quantum physics and nuclear physics.
