WPML Arabic Language to an English Website

I need someone to turn my existing wordpress website into a multilingual website, all I'm asking for is to install the WPML plugin and drop down language menu in the header with your license as a developer as well as adding Arabic language option with a decent font, not the same font for the English version. I will manually translate things myself, or I can give you the translations, you'll only have to insert it. and when it comes the blog posts, I will manually translate it myself. I just want my website to look decent in Arabic as it does in English. P.S I used Divi 3.0 theme for my website, so you have to be an expert in that as well in order to not mess with anything. I don't have big budget for this, I also know that it's not a difficult job as I will translate everything myself, you'll only have to install and insert the translations I give to u. to make sure you read it all! write "Safar" in your proposal.
