After you check everything, I'll provide you with the ready plugin, that can be installed through wp-admin->plugins. All the work would take about 5-7 days. But I can start only in a day, as finishing another wp customization work. So, hope, it's not too urgent for you. Shortly about me: I'm 9+ years php/js/html/css programmer.
