I have this website on wordpress: [login to view URL] It is a form that users have to fill and it has 4 screens. When the user finishes the form: 1) create a pdf with 4 pages: The same logo on the header for all pages 1 page per step (ie all fields of step 1 will be the first page on the pdf) create similar form structure that you see on the website. (you don't need to recreate all the design of the website, just the form labels and fields) 2) send by email as attachment the pdf file 3) save the pdf in a folder on the server notes: hebrew chars (utf8) the code should be ready to add easily extra text on future Please give the price for this task and tell me when you can finish. If you do it ok I have many other tasks to give you

Hola, no se si hablas español, puedo hacer este trabajo en máximo 4 días, la unica limitación que veo es el idioma, puedo usar clases pdf de php que traen todos los idiomas, supongo que lo que te interesa es que los campos de cada hoja vaya en cada hoja del PDF, una réplica pero en PDF...
