web video player for on-demand contents

I would like to integrate in a web page a video player working in this way: the player when just opened loads and shows aa sequence of pictures (like full screen banners) and WHILE they recursively are displayes (for instance 10 pictures, but numbers can be less or more) the player fully loads a full HD .mp4 video (for instance at 4 Mbps) showing the % of loading: only when the video is fully loaded a "play" button appears and when it is selected the images fades and the video can start: in this way all the viewers will see a great quality video despite of the connection bandwith (who has less speed will spend more time in watching advs).. at the end of the video (only at the end) it will be possible to BUY it with a call to paypal with a sort of message like "Would you like to share it? Buy it". As it's rather impossible to protect videos, a copyright message inserted in the video will legally avoid the compulsive share on web. Video names will be numbers, such as [login to view URL]; the images to show can be associated to the video OR be taken to general purpose banners directory (when a video is selected, a parameter is passed to the player -for instance a [login to view URL] - and inside there is written the directory where to find the images (example <1812> or <general> or others) . All this should be done with php,js calls not with a database. The player must open at full HD size only.
