Its like a website course to teach this game, but he want this game to be inside of his website. Admin want to have courses every day. And each day, there will be 4 REAL PEOPLE that will play against each other and admin can see tiles/cards of each user while they are playing and teach them how to play. Users can see only their own cards/tiles. Admin can see all users cards/tiles. When user A is playing, admin can talk only to use A and give him advices which card to play, how to play etc. When user A finish his hand, then its turn to USER B and then admin can give advices to USER B only. Got the idea? read that document, see the game and tell me how much all of this can cost.
