Walmart Seller API - Order Acknowledge and Download

We would like a simple php script developed to download Walmart orders using the Walmart API found here: [login to view URL] (Orders v3) The script only needs to download, then acknowledge all released orders into a MySql database. (Perform an API request to get all released orders, then perform a second request to acknowledge new orders downloaded) The developer is required to make the database table and columns as needed to store all the downloaded order and acknowledgement information. The order number should be the primary key to prevent duplicate data from being imported as the script will run often throughout the day. API CALL: [login to view URL] The script should make the required call to the API, download the XML results, then parse the XML returned and insert into the mysql database. Once the data is successfully imported into the mysql database, an acknowledgement of each new order (orders not previously imported or acknowledged) should be sent back using the API.
