Why I'm suitable for this? I've graduated from IIT Kanpur 2015-17 Batch CSE and have done my thesis on computer vision. Therefore it is a common thing for our code to draw/write some stuff on the images/videos to see our results. Therefore the requirement you've asked is a sub problem which we've already solved with some variation. Questions: Do you want to just generate the vehicle plate or do you want the exact replica of the link you've shared where you can put any vehicle plate inside any image? Assuming your requirement is to just generate the vehicle plate (I'm placing my bid for this requirement) Expected behaviour: The code takes the image dimension (width, height), text to be present in the image, color of the text, color of the border, color of the border, destination path of result image as inputs. The code would be written and tested in ubuntu. For this I would be using default font. The color of the text would be uniform(It does not include wordArt styles). The layout such as the number of lines in which the vehicle plate is to be generated and any other information, parameters can be discussed once the project is accepted. Incase if your requirement is to put vehicle plate inside any image, in such case, the code would need additional inputs such as source image, region to place the vehicle plate. And this would cost extra €50 and an additional day. Note: I just started freelancing therefore I would not have any rating.
