We are looking to have a simple Smart DNS server set up. This will be the first part of a wider piece of work. The Smart DNS Server will be for a POC and will be used for testing connections to 1 country. The Smart DNS Server will sit on a VM in Egypt. The setup must include a simple front end (HTTP/HTTPS) which will include a secure log in page. The front end must also have a section that can set up basic accounts (User details) each of these accounts must authenticate via the users IP address. We are looking to have this completed by the end of the month. The successful bidder will be invited to the next phase of the project
