Remove WooCommerce Coupon alert banner but not Coupon input field on Checkout page

Hello, please view the attached image which shows exactly what I need. On the WooCommerce checkout page, I need the Coupon alert banner (blue on top of the page) to not display, and keep the Coupon input field. All of the code I've tried removes both. Please have extensive experience with customizing WooCommerce as I'm not even sure this is possible. Thanks.
