Programmer for an app

I'm looking for a programmer who can create an app with backend connectivity. The app are tips for sports betting. The app has 3 pages. 1st page = start page = two buttons / one button leads to the old tips and the other button leads to the current tips 2nd Page = Old Tips / Here are the tips from yesterday and the day before yesterday. A line should look like this = Bayern Munich - HSV = 1 and then a green check if the result was correct or a red X if it was wrong. 3. Page = New Tips / The current tips are displayed here. Similar to page 2, but without the hook and the X, because there is no result yet. In addition, there should be room for kick-off date and kick-off time. In addition, there should be a pop-up, which pops up and leads to a promotional link. On page 2 and 3 there should be space for a banner ad. This app is available in two variants. Option 1 is free and displays only one tip from the current tip list and includes the advertising pop-ups. Option two is charged, does not show any ads and all current tips are visible. A simple app that should not be a problem for experts and can be realized in a very short time. At the end, I need access to the backend to be able to use the tips and the advertising links independently. I'm a bit of a techie and get it for a brief introduction myself.
