I need to import some XML data into a custom post structure in Wordpress. Files will be FTP'd up into the website and ideally would like them automatically imported. This is the only possible delivery method for these files as that is how the software that it's coming from works. The data in the XML will be of an update/replace nature. It's a definitive list of what should be in the database. So any records that aren't in the XML should be deleted, and any records that are should be updated or inserted. I have attached a sample of the XML. Code needs to be clear and well documented. Any questions or clarifications please contact me. Ideally I need this quite quickly. So please factor that in.

Hello, i seen the xml feed you posted. Can you please tell me which fields need to be imported to WP custom post type? Title property and description text is obvious. RefNo could be used as key for update. SysKey, Sector, Con, Loc - these mean nothing to me, do you want them imported? If you like my bid, i can start today and finish within 48 hours.
