I need a ticketing/helpdesk software loading onto my site. Which one to be provided is up to you. You decide..... But I dont want any with monthly service charges. It needs to do the folllowing: Whenever a customer sends an email then the ticketing software must open a case for this email so everything is done within the ticketing/helpdesk software. When they send an email through our contact page then it needs to link into out helpdesk software. IMPORTANT: I do not want to send a normal email to a customer it must be done through the ticketing software You need to advise which one you propose and give me access details for a demo to the front and backend. I am mainly interested in viewing the backend for functionality. Thanks
