php/mysql programmer needed for vbulleten plug-ins

Our Non-Profit web community needs assistance with adding thumbnail images next to threads in the most recent version of vbulliten. right now the forums are text only until you click on a thread. we want thumbnails next to each image. [login to view URL] is an excellent example of what we want. simply visit in their 2d or 3d art sections and you will see nice thumbnails next to the images. We have another ad up for a larger job but this one I would like a seperate bid on as it sounds the simplest of what we need done. thanks
