PHP Based Work Order System for Repair Shop

Introduction: We have an Working Order System in use and we need to modernize it with better interface and with new functions. We also have a model for the new system so Freelancer can see what we expect. Both systems are PHP Based. It need to work on a Windows Server System with APACHE/PHP and the DATABASE must be MSSQL (not MySQL!!!!!). We will use this system to manage our hardware repair shop. Please read it carefully and pay attention on details before make a bid. How does our store works: Client sends or bring hardware, our employees open a new WORK ORDER on this system. Later our technician modifies service status, write what he have done and all the informations he or our employees think that can be usefull. How the system works: The system must have 2 different interfaces. 1) For our employees and technicians the interface must have 3 levels of permission: Administrator, FrontDesk and Tecnicians. The difference between those permissions is what options will be available. 2) For our clients: Our clients can logon with his username and password and check all Work Order open on his name. There he can write a message to the tecnician, can aprove or disapprove the budget, and so on. He also can see his old archieved work order. Summary of System Main Features: - client can login - client can check service / job status - client can leave a message for a specific job - Technicians should be able to change status of a job to : Awaiting to be received / Received by Service / Diagnosing / Waiting for parts / Pending / Accepted by Client / Rejected by Client / In Service / Repaired successfully / Cannot be Repaired / Ready to be delivered to Client / Delivered - Technicians should be able to write things about the work order in two different fields. One can be viewed by clients and other will only be viewed by employees. - Technicians can attach files/photos to any work order. - All drop down lists (such as service status) must be configurable by admin - Employees and Tecnicians can add clients and work order - Admins can add technicians, employees and admins - There must be possible to search database using any field - export e-mails (by client) in .csv Other Important Notes : - Language must be made in English but should be in a [login to view URL] file so it can be translated to other languages (ex. [login to view URL]) - Encoding should be utf-8 so it will not have any problem with other languages - The script must be simple to install on local server with PHP and APACHE. - For any status change the client or technician is informed via e-mail to login in the system and take action. - Client can be informed about status change by SMS (I can pay for an SMS Gateway). - System Layout must be modern. I prefer admin interface using BOOTSTRAP. - My preference is for Freelancer that can show me a demo of another project of this type already done. - We have a ERP system with MSSQL Database. We need that some tables from this ERP to be shared with our WORK ORDER system. For example: The CLIENTS table. So we don't need to create client on two different systems. - We have knowledge (basic) on PHP and MSSQL, so we can adapt some things since the PHP code is well documented.
