Of course, first we need to see what is already done and if it is really 80-90% done or not, then we would also like to review the existing code. Secondly, we need list of remaining tasks, list of bugs, issues or remaining features etc., then I would be able to give you our precise estimate in terms of time & cost. As far as deadline is concerned, we can try to put extra hours, work late night or weekends but 15th June is not that far, so it all depends on your quick feedback/response time etc. Kindly ignore the bid price, as we need more detailed requirements.
