need a sms sending tool. budget was too low so i reinsert this project.

I need a small sms-mass sending tool this tool should have the following features:

(we have 4 gsm networks in germany (d1 -tmobile,d2 – Vodafone ,eplus,o2)

User administration:

The administrator should open user accounts with the following fields: (insert/edit/delete)

id

Real Name of customer

Company name of customer

Username

Password

Prepaid/postpaid account

If post paid credit limit

If post paid amount of money used

If pre paid deposit

Account status: OK/DISABLED

Assigned Price scheme (see bottom)

The administrator should have a setup for setting up the gateways with the following options:

Gateway name:

url post sms to e.g. [login to view URL];rcpid=654321&text=hello+world

capable sending sender-ids: yes/no

the administrator should also set up price schemes:

name of price scheme

gateway name

price for d1

price for d2

price for o2

preis for eplus

If the administrator opened a user account the user should have the following capabilities:

See his account type and limit (prepaid: deposit/postpaid: credit limit/money spent)

Add new sending list

Delete sending list

Edit sending list (add numbers/remove numbers)

Send sms (mass sending)

Send single sms (for testing gateways)

manage Blacklist

manage phonebook

view sms history

add sending list: user should be able to add a new sending list and give it a name

delete sending list: after asking if he really wants to delete the sending list it should delete the list

edit sending list:

user should be able to add lots of phone numbers separated with spaces, commas, colons, new lines and so on, while importing the phone numbers, the importer should check if the the phone number is valid:

a valid phone number begins with:

0151 - T-Mobile

0152 - Vodafone D2

0160 - T-Mobile

0162 - Vodafone D2

After importing the user should see how much numbers were imported successful and which imports were not successful.

The user should also always see how many numbers are in which sending list.

Send sms (mass sending)

User should be able so select which gateway, he wants to use,

The sender if (if possible by gateway), the sending group

Then he should enter the text in a textarea field (with a js countdown 160-characters used, to see how much characters left)

If he uses more than 160 sms the sms should be split in more sms and he should see how much sms would be sent (see screeshot)

The user should decide if he want to send the sms immediately or delayed

Like here:

After he typed in everything, the user should see the data on the next page and he has to confirm everything. Then the sms will be sent (or queued if delayed)

Send single sms: same procedure than mass sending but he has to type in a phone number or select a name from the phone book instead of selecting a group

Manage black list (like a sms sending group but there will never be a sms sent to user who’s phone number is on that blacklist).

Manage phone book: there should be a phone book where the user can type in: first name, last name, phone number . there should be the options (insert, edit,delete) – this phonebook is for single send sms only

View sms history: the user should see a history of all sms he sent (number, time, date, text) and how much last sent costed:

sent history" -> "mass sms from [login to view URL] at hh:mm - 7628 sms sent for EUR 81,72"

another feature should be a webform outside my sms-sending tool for external subscription/unsubscription from a customer homepage (with fraud

the tool should be in german, I will translate it but make the language in an extra file.

the tool should be written in php+mysql and should also be template based)
