need a quick bugfix for a delphi tool

Hello! 1 Month a ago i let a freelancer built this printing tool: [login to view URL] this tool works fine so far but it a bug i just noticed: when i use the scaling parameter (width) to resize the image to print. the image is only resized but not resampled. that's why the image looks pretty poor in print. i urgently need this only fix that the image is not resized but resampled that it look good on the printer. i can not reach the freelancer who did that project anymore by email. when you win the bid you will get the old source in delphi from me by email and the only thing you should to is to change in the source that the image to print is resampled and not resized. please make your bids i need the changes asap! remember: the whole project costs me 100$ so the changes should be much cheaper! it's not very much to do if you know how. thanks martin
