Need promoters on commission

We are a registered company from Pakistan require some promoters on commission basis. We are on looking forward for any country based IT related person/company to work as our project/agent/partner/shareholder from global Market and grab 2 to 3 orders per month for us. Generally we are looking from Europe, France, Germany, USA, UK, Australia, Canada, Russia, UAE etc. All deals will be absolutely transparent to us, and we will Invoice to the client directly. We are ready to pay 20 to 25 percent of the total project worth as commission coming through you. Commissions will be paid as the payments are made. We will make an agreement with agent/project grabber/commissionar and after he signed and send us back then from the next day his duty will start.
