modify prestashop theme

We have a new website we are building at [login to view URL] We are modifying the standard bootstrap theme to help make the site look and feel how we like. i'm struggling with other commitments and deadlines so need someone who can work fast in getting certain jobs done on the site in a quick time frame. we have one small job to test potential applicants as further work will be needed over the next couple of weeks. the job we would like doing first is as follows: on the home page of [login to view URL] you can see in the new products / featured products tab we have modified how the listing looks. especially the add to cart section / price. we would like this part of the theming to be copied over to the similar products tab on the product page. please see attached pictures for more details. this must include the 'new' and 'sale' banners and the modified add to cart section and must also be the same size displaying 4 products. i think this section uses a scroller if this can be utilised so it displays 4 products as standard but you can scroll through more, or they automatically scroll would be even better.
