Mobile Commerce iOS Application Minor Modifications and Bug Fixes

We are looking for a serious programmer to update a CodeCanyon iOS App Code. The App Code in question is this one: Mobile Commerce iOS Full Application [login to view URL] We bought a copy of this code and we did same visual customizations (we are nor coders) and we found same bugs. Here are the requirements for this job: 1. Fix accents to show right characters in Brazilian Portuguese On the dashboard, we insert items in Brazilian Portuguese language. After save, the item show wrong characters like ç and è instead ç and é for example. 2. Fix User registration and Forgot Password link There is a problem in user registration. When the user has not logged in and try to add to cart, he will see the login page. It is ok but, when the user clicks on User Registration or Forgot Password, nothing happen. User registration works from other view controllers. 3. Add two buttons on left menu and make it open a webview On this code, please add 2 buttons on left menu, using the same style of the existent buttons. Each button must open a webview inside the app. The link to each webview will open a URL like [login to view URL] or another one.
