Base System: Magento Version 1.3.2.4 - 2,000 products. - Approximately 30% of the products are configurable!!! An automatic update is not possible because an update attempt failed and therefore the database is not in original version but the shop is running fine so far. So we would like to export data from old system and import in new Magento (1.9.1.1) Import/export of: - product images - URL structure - categories - product Attributes - product configurations No customer data or order data needed We definitly need an import / export expert. The last update attemp failed with error (816) and we do not want an update but start new from scratch.

So if you want to update the version from 1.3 to 1.9 then let you know that there will be many such plugins and extensions that wont be supporting the latest update...So its just not a part of Import Export...:)
