i have a laptop and pc both using same router cuz of that both have same ip, and there's a app i want to have a ip limit (1), so if i runing it on pc , i can't open it on laptop -_-, so i want someone to change my laptop or pc ip, anyone of em or both , anyway both have to be deffrent from each other, this app work fine only when i turn on my VPN software,

Though I am new to Freelancer Platform. I have extensive experience in Web Development. Joomla, Magento, PHP Framework(Yii2) etc. if I understand your requirement correctly then what you want is to change your WAN ip which is allotted to you by your ISP. if your IP is static and you are having multiple IPs alloted by your ISP then you can assign different IP to different machines, that again depends on your Router having support for multiple IP. if that is not the case then we need to discuss your real need.
