2 issues and some quick change on custom PHP core website

Need to fix following 2 issues. 1) Check out with Paypal button ends up being blank and doesn't reach Paypal website. This was working perfectly fine and another credit card payment gateway work affected this one so should be something very quick 2) Register page gives error showing My SQL error when customers try to register and try to enter country there. Apart from this, register page fields values should be validated same way as Admin -> Users -> Add/Edit pages (backend) and My Account -> Edit Profile page (front end) e.g. userid shouldn't allow special characters and should be only up to 15 characters long. Please provide fixed price quote in INR. If this work goes well there can be more work for you as I keep getting a lot of such small or big work.
