Implement local timezone and PayPal REST API for existing PayPal Adaptive Payments

TASK #1: Implement the member's local time zone when viewing form entries Explanation: We currently have a SaaS platform which provides services to members. Currently, when a member is viewing a "form response" (from one of the applications we offer), the "Date Created" and "Date Updated" fields in 3 different sections of the application are displaying the "date & time" of our server which is GMT -5. Therefore, we need to display the member's LOCAL TIME based on the "Timezone" they select when they first register with our SaaS platform (we use "aMember 3.1.2 PRO membership software") So the member's local timezone needs to be implemented/displayed in these 3 sections: A. When the member views an individual form entry B. When the member views all form entries: C. When form responses are exported in XLS, CSV, or TXT files TASK #2: Implement mobile version (REST API) of the PayPal checkout page Explanation: Currently, we use "PayPal Adaptive Payments" for 3 of our Jibbio applications. The PayPal Adaptive Payments code is the same for all 3 applications. However, if a customer completes a purchase from their mobile device, they see the "desktop" PayPal checkout flow which is obviously not mobile-friendly. Therefore, we simply need to implement the "mobile checkout" version utilizing "REST API" as advised by PayPal Merchant Support below: Dear PayPal Merchant, Thank you for contacting PayPal with your concern. You do not need Payments Pro to have a mobile checkout flow for your site or applications. I would recommend looking at REST APIs in the developer pages.
