I need a software program that will allow me to have different text appear over different parts of a picture when I hover or click on that part of the picture. Also be able to hover over the text in a list and it shows the picture of that part any other pictures related to the text. It will also have smaller windows pop up that shows text list of details and other pictures that are related to that specific item in the picture. This program is for a laptop computer and must work on all versions of Microsoft Windows. It must allow me to transfer the files I create to other computers and work properly. This program must be easy for me to use. This is not for a webpage nor for a website. See attached sample idea. The sample is not complete as to what I need it is just for an idea of what I need.
