I have extensive experience with developing purchasing robots according to a set of conditions. To put it more simply, the robot/script opens a headless browser (like a regular FF or Chrome browser except the GUI doesn't not display since the robot only needs to interact with it, but not a human user) and then, it searches for products meeting a certain set of conditions and then if conditions satisfied, it follows a set of instructions to make the purchase or bid on the items. I could make a program in python that would do the task you described. I already made a several similiar codes. I think I could make the code work on my computer in 2 or 3 days, I only put the 10 days in case of some problem with implementing it on your computer or some communication problem (for example if I misunderstood your request).
