Email Delivery System

We are looking to build an Email Delivery System, similar to Mail Chimp, AWeber and Constant Contact. This software, once completed, will be used internally by our company to blast out emails, and it will also be licensed to other companies on a paid subscription model. We already have the design template ready. So the program we choose will work on the code, and putting everything together (some minor design modification might be required). Some common features in this system will be: Uploading / Managing email lists, Creating campaigns, Reporting, HTML editor / Template creator, etc...Some of the more advanced feature will be discussed with the programmer that is chosen for this job. The programmer we choose is required to have at least 3+ years programming experience. An understanding of email delivery systems, and how they work is a big plus. You must be a problem solver, dedicated to finishing the job from start to finish and be able to stick to deadlines. A good track record of previous jobs completed is a must. Once the system is completed, the programmer will have a constant flow of work from us to add more features, fix bugs, etc... with an opportunity for full time work, or if you prefer, project based work.
