Drupal 8 Custom Module Development, CSS, Theming

I’m looking for an experienced Drupal 8 developer to join a team working on the development of a high-volume, high-traffic collectible trading website. We are on a very tight deadline and a very tight budget and there are several custom module/features that need to be developed and implemented. You will be working in an isolated development environment, sharing code through GIT and you will need to be able to export features so that they can be integrated into the active development site. The main objective is to develop the integrated trading module. This module will facilitate negotiation and communication between the two users while creating a permanent record of the entire transaction that can be reviewed by site moderators as needed. The module will need to both generate eMail updates and live notifications. Once the basic functionality is established, the module will need to incorporate various filters including user preferences and feedback ratings (which may require additional custom modules to implement). Expertise with Drupal theme overrides and CSS is highly desirable.
