Must Sign NDA or NCND (non compete non disclosure) Develop frontend develop backend restrict access using MAC and IP address allow login using 2 step authentication using SMS or Email verification Input Application must be able to import data from MS Excel and text files from CAD software Application should import price and inventory data from Vendor Websites or vendor provided format Data from CAD software and Vendor Website must be matched in order to get correct Estimate of Materials. Currently there is a system in use, it has 22 Excel Sheets all linked and programmed and it performing to the expectation. Users should be able to make additions or amendments to requirements using a simple form. Preferred hosting on AWS unless suggested otherwise. Project timeline is critical, must be finished by March 2018 Support is required and so is future developments and additions Detailed project documents and access to current system will be provided to successful bidders only.
