Create Web Based Document Generator

Need the following high level activities to be completed in sequential order 1. Create UI Create Document Section, Manage Section, Create Document, Manage Document using a customized theme (attached), no user management needed 2. Create Database and backend logic to process the UI, on high level, document will have sections, each section must be saved in multi-level nested categories, document can be created either using these pre-defined sections or using blank sections with custom content. Sections can have different formatting than the complete document 3. Program generate document logic; it will use a cracked version of phpdocx to create document, basically , i will create template and will add in the system you create, template will have variables in document like %%title%% and then we can map these with teh content and when we generate the variuables will be replaced with content, phpdocx supports this feature. This is high level requirement and uplon start of project rest requirements can be made available.
