Create sql code to display links in mysql table to embed in out page example attached - 26/04/2018 15:32 EDT

I used PDOCrud from codecanyon to create a simple database project, I need it to when click print it will pull the saved link from the MySQL table and embed it in the output page , I have attached a page of how I what it to work SQL statements can be unused in PDOCrud as well. also provide a layout that will not seem like its going to the edge of the screen. check the website attached I would Like to clean up the forms fields if possible not make the so big, muct be able to use PDOCrud from codecayon
